As a teenager I was big time inspired by late Biju babu's act of courage to rescue Indonesian leader Sjahrir during Indonesian freedom movement. I was told that, Biju patnaik lifted Sjahrir one handed from a building top to his helicopter and flew him back to India. When i got to know about Suu Kyi's house arrest in 2006, I felt the need of a similar act. The reason was big enough. She fought for the freedom of Burmese people and freedom of people from their state of mind is a strong enough reason.
I started dreaming different ways to rescue her. Like she is roaming in the sea beach, I just appear on a Dolphin and rescue her.Or how about using Harry's broom stick or pot key. Sadly, as she is released now, all those dreams are destroyed.
It was a happy news to see Suu Kyi released from house arrest. Accepting 15 years of arrest so that the vision stays alive is a wow thing. As a matter of fact, she had no provision to use internet and TV and no media things of same type.
Suu, allow me to enlighten you with few things before tomorrow's speech of yours.
Within 3-5 days of your speech, everyone will know what you said. You will be informed that your video is maximum viewed in youtube.No you__tube is not a big piping system to send news and speeches across the countries. It is not even similar to the one you get water in your house twice a day.Also It is also not like the oil pipeline we have between Iran and India. You are wrong Suu.it is an internet video sharing site.
Now how will you tweet Suu.Unlike your thoughts it is not the new kind of bird found in amazon forest which can speak English. It is actually a short information push engine on internet. And Obama and David uses it to reach to their followers.
Can you be in facebook Suu ? Well, you do not even have an email id. There was no email thing back in 1990 when you went to house arrest.
